SOLID STUMP SPRAY BARS
In conjunction with harvester operators and Forest research agencies OREGON® has developed a new range of the Solid Stump Spray bars to assist in the control of the butt rotting fungus Heterobasidium annosum. The new range of Solid Stump Spray bars combine all of the best features of the highly regarded OREGON® Solid mechanical harvester bar with the ability to apply chemical or biological agents to obstruct spore germination or interrupt subsequent growth of the fungus. Even coverage of the cut stump, minimum "over-spray" of the volume of agent applied are the key characteristics of the new Solid Stump Spray bars. Manufactured to the same high standards as the OREGON® Solid Mechanical Harvester bars the new bars incorporate a tube on the leading edge of the bar to distribute the control agent evenly across the cut stump. |
